What to expect:
This will be an amazing opportunity to connect to like-minded yogis, heal in nature, and deepen your awareness in your practice. You don’t have to be a teacher to take this training, it will plant a seed and teachers who are already teaching will gain inspiration and confidence.
The 100 Hours will be included in The School of Yoga’s curriculum for students working towards their 300 Hour Program and 200 Hour Program. This will also count towards continuing education for Yoga Alliance. You can also choose to take the course to learn more about the practice and the transformational benefits that the practice of yoga can offer.

The Venue
The Soami retreat center is located in the mountains above Lake Millstatt, Kärnten, Austria and offers a peaceful and tranquil vibe to facilitate the healing powers of nature. The Shala is a stellar practice space with props and wall space and beautiful views of the mountains.
Immerse yourself in yoga in a peaceful serene setting surrounded by nature. On our day off or on certain afternoons, we will visit the nearby lake, hike in the majestics mountains, or rest by the stunning infinity pool. A short walk away, there is a beautiful waterfall which offers a cold plunge to help melt deep tension and stress away. There will also be a bodyworker on site, which includes deep tissue massage, shiatsu, acupuncture, and energy healing.
The Food
All meals will be vegan and organic and catered to the individual’s needs, by Hildegard an experienced vegan chef who specializes in healthy nutrition and is well known for her 00% organic-vegan, balanced, highest quality food, using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.

The Rooms
In the Soami “Zenrooms” you will find a place of naturalness and retreat. Each single/double room has its own bathroom with shower, WC, and terrace. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and beautifully designed by SOAMI built according to the rules of Feng Shui philosophy which creates a safe space to go inward.
