Tim Feldmann
Originally from Denmark, Tim holds an authorized Level 2 certification from K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois. His background as an international dancer and choreographer informs his teaching, emphasizing anatomy, alignment, and traditional philosophy, enriched through years of study with South Indian scholars.
Kino MacGregor
Kino discovered yoga at 19 and traveled to India at 22 to study with K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois. With a devoted daily practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Vipassana meditation, she is the founder of Omstars.com, author of five books, host of the Yoga Inspiration Podcast, and one of the most recognized voices in the global yoga community.

How do I get to Paros, Greece?

Will there be internet access on-site?
Yes, Okreblue Eco-Resort offers internet access, and there is phone signal available for calls and data usage. However, we encourage you to disconnect and immerse yourself in the retreat experience as much as possible.
What should I bring with me?
A month before the retreat, you will receive a detailed packing list and helpful travel information to ensure you’re fully prepared for your journey.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat and props?
No, all yoga mats and props (blocks, belts, blankets, and meditation cushions) will be provided at the retreat center. Of course, you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
What level of yoga experience is required?
This retreat welcomes all levels of Ashtanga practitioners—whether you’re just beginning your journey or already have an established practice. Our experienced teachers will offer guidance tailored to your level.
What’s the weather like in Paros?
In September, Paros enjoys warm, pleasant weather with temperatures ranging from 22–28°C (72–82°F). Evenings can be slightly cooler, so bringing a light jacket is recommended.
Are meals included, and what kind of food is served?
Yes! The retreat includes rich brunch and dinner every day featuring organic, locally sourced, vegetarian/vegan meals (no meat or fish, but eggs and dairy are included). Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- The €500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel before June 15, we will refund 50% of the total retreat price.
- If you cancel after June 15, no refunds will be issued.
- You may transfer your booking to someone else if you find a replacement.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
